MISKOLC – Bij een ongeluk met een Poolse toeristenbus zijn in Hongarije twaalf doden en zeker twintig gewonden gevallen. De bus raakte ruim 100 kilometer ten oosten van Boedapest van de weg en sloeg over de kop.
De Hongaarse premier Peter Magyar heeft zijn leedwezen uitgesproken.
Hongaarse media melden dat de bus met 59 mensen aan boord op een autosnelweg reed en bij de afslag Mezokeresztes verongelukte.
De politie heeft de chauffeur aangehouden. De politie vermoedt dat hij in slaap was gevallen.
