BEIJING – Er worden 23 mensen vermist, nadat een Vietnamees vrachtschip met 62 opvarenden is gezonken in de Zuid-Chinese Zee. Dat meldde de Chinese staatszender CCTV zondag.
Reddingswerkers brachten 44 mensen in veiligheid.
Het schip, de Khoi Nguyen, kwam in problemen bij het Yongshu-rif.
